
Amanda: Chair side Assistant
Amanda graduated from Clark County Career Technology Center in 2009 where she excelled in her studies. She has been with this office for the entirety of her career except two years when she was an oral surgery assistant at Dr Maxwell’s office. Amanda has 3 children which keeps her busy outside of the office.
Geri: Registered Dental Hygienist
Geri is a native of Springfield. She graduated from Northeastern High School and The Ohio State University Division of Dental Hygiene. Geri has worked with Dr. Lord since 1993. She has been married to Dave since 1970, has two children and 4 grandchildren. Geri enjoys cats and talk radio.


Cheryl: Registered Dental Hygienist
Cheryl is a Dental Hygienist and has worked for Dr Lord for 10 years. She is a graduate of Ohio State and has enjoyed her career helping patients improve their dental health. In her spare time, Cheryl likes to spend time doing outdoor activities and visiting national parks with her husband and Golden Labrador, quill. Quill is a “fabulous flunkie” from 4 Paws for Ability where Cheryl volunteers.
Allison: Registered Dental Hygienist
Allison is a graduate of Springfield High School, as well as The Ohio State University Division of Dental Hygiene and the Expanded Functions Dental Auxiliary program. She has been with Dr Lord since receiving her license in 2019. Allison is a bookworm who loves cooking, her black cat, and exploring local establishments and venues with her boyfriend.


Terri: Office Manager
Born and raised in Springfield, Terri graduated from Catholic Central High School and the Clark County Joint Vocational School receiving a certificate in dental assisting. She began her career in the dental profession immediately upon graduating being cross trained in chair side assisting and front office procedures, Terri has worked with Dr. Lord as office manager since he opened his dental practice in 1993. Terri performs many duties in the office and looks forward to meeting and caring for new patients, as well as taking care of our established patients, helping them all achieve great dental health.
Terri is married to Eric Crow, has two adult daughters, Emily and Sarah and two grandsons. In her off time she enjoys spending time with family. Some of her interests outside the office include cooking, baking, sewing, flower gardening, traveling and home improvements.
